1. What We Collect

FunDe.Fi is a decentralized protocol. We collect minimal data:

  • Wallet addresses — public blockchain data, visible to anyone on the Base network.
  • On-chain transaction data — all trades, token creations, and staking actions are recorded on the public blockchain.
  • Analytics (PostHog) — anonymized usage data such as page views, feature usage, and session duration. No personally identifiable information is captured.
  • Error tracking (Sentry) — crash reports and error logs to help us improve stability. These contain technical context (browser, OS) but no personal data.

2. What We Don't Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

  • Your real name or identity
  • Email addresses (unless you voluntarily provide one via contact)
  • Phone numbers
  • Physical addresses
  • Government-issued identification
  • Private keys or seed phrases (we never have access to these)

3. Cookies

FunDe.Fi uses a minimal number of cookies:

  • PostHog analytics cookie — an anonymized identifier for aggregating usage statistics.
  • Session preferences — stores UI preferences such as display settings during your session.

No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

4. Third-Party Services

The protocol integrates with the following third-party services:

ServicePurposeData Shared
PostHogProduct analyticsAnonymized usage events
SentryError trackingCrash reports, browser/OS info
Alchemy / InfuraRPC provider (blockchain access)Wallet address, transaction requests
Aerodrome DEXGraduated token liquidityOn-chain transaction data

5. Data Retention

Analytics data collected via PostHog is retained for 12 months and then automatically deleted. On-chain data (transactions, token creations, trades) is permanent and immutable by nature of blockchain technology — this is not within our control.

6. Your Rights

Because FunDe.Fi does not collect personal identifying information, there is typically no personal data to access, correct, or delete. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous and publicly available on the blockchain.

If you have voluntarily provided personal information (e.g., via email contact), you may request its deletion by contacting us.

7. GDPR & Data Protection

FunDe.Fi processes pseudonymous blockchain data and anonymized analytics. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) as defined under GDPR. Wallet addresses are considered pseudonymous identifiers — while they are publicly visible on-chain, they do not directly identify a natural person without additional external information. If you believe we hold data about you, please contact us to exercise your rights.
